Dustin Finkle has been in the machining trade for over 25 years, with experience in a variety of different industries. D&E started in the Finkles' home garage and has expanded into a family-run business. The family acquired property in Polo, IL in 2019 to build the shop they currently occupy. One machine at a time and the expansion of space and capabilities have turned the company into the trusted brand that people know today.
